Assalamu alaikum Brothers and Sisters:
The Sunbury Islamic Center and masjid is pleased to announce that Eid will Insha Allaah be celebrated tomorrow, 8/30/11.
This is based upon the official announcement of the new moon sighting in Saudi Arabia.
Insha Allaah the Eid Prayer will be at 10 a.m. (Tuesday, 8/30/11).
Please be there at 10 am sharp to ensure that you do not miss the prayer.
The entire local Muslim community is invited. Each family is requested to bring a covered dish and a drink to share with others.
Singles are exempted from bringing a covered dish.
Sisters can coordinate among themselves as needed.
Otherwise, just show up!
